It is recommended to carry a 1-2-liter backpack with a water bottle, sunblock, and washing kit. You can carry other items like personal toiletries and snacks as per your wish. If you need trekking poles, you can buy or rent around shops at the Lakeside. The route is safe, however in case you get injured, you would need first aid. So, you are advised to carry a first-aid kit with you.

Will food be provided?
We will provide three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) on the hike. There are small shops in the trail where you can buy snacks. So, if you want to buy snacks, it will be at your own cost. Besides, if you want to try other food, you have to bear the cost by yourself. In Pokhara, we can recommend some good places to eat if you want to try out new food.
