Itinerary of Nepal Yoga Meditation Tour


Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Your arrival in Kathmandu marks the first day of the trip. You will get to meet our representative just outside the airport who will bring you to the hotel. A short ride through the bustling Kathmandu City will bring you to your hotel at the heart of the city. Meet your trek guide and discuss the trip in detail. The evening will follow with a meditation session with your Yoga instructor.
Day 02-04: 3 days Kathmandu Meditation Tour
The day begins with a Yoga session followed by the significant UNESCO World Heritage Sites around the Kathmandu Valley. On this day, you visit some of the famous landmarks in the valley like Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, and Boudhanath. You can relish some of the local cuisines around these locations before driving towards Kapan. The evening will spend indulging in a meditation session at Kapan Monastery.

The next day begins with a Yoga session atop the hill overlooking Kathmandu City. You can explore the culturally rich Kapan Monastery and interact with the local monks before driving towards the famous hill-station of Nagarkot. Nagarkot is the perfect gateway for many locals and tourists. At noon, you will explore the bazaar and a mediation session in the evening.
The morning on the following day welcomes you with a beautiful view of the sunrise along with majestic mountain vistas, including Langtang, Dorje Lakpa, and Jugal Himal ranges. After breakfast and a brief exploration, you’ll drive towards Namobuddha via Dhulikhel. You will explore the beautiful monastery and interact with the locals. The day ends with a meditation session in the evening.

Day 05-07: 3 Day Pokhara Yoga Meditation Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll drive to the Pokhara City along the Trishuli River en route. Once at Pokhara, you’ll check-in to your hotel. In the evening, you can indulge in a Yogic healing session before taking a tour of the city.

The next day begins with a Yoga session amidst the fresh air of Pokhara. The day starts with a short drive towards Pokhara Peace Stupa located atop a hill. From here, you’ll explore landmarks like Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Cave, and Bat Cave. After lunch, you’ll embark on a short drive towards Sarangkot, where you can enjoy the majestic sight of the Annapurna Himalayas. You will indulge in a meditation session in the evening.

The next morning will welcome you with a beautiful sunrise in the backdrop of the Annapurna, Machhapuchhre, and Dhaulagiri ranges. After breakfast, you’ll begin driving down and drive almost an hour to arrive at Phedi. From here, you’ll start trekking through the lushly forested trail towards the Dhampus, one of the tourist highlights. A short hike from here will bring you to Australian Base Camp. The camp lies on a ridge overlooks the entire Annapurna range, including the peaks in Nilgiri and Machhapuchhre. You can spend the evening healing your aching body with meditation.

The morning begins with a yoga session overlooking the majestic sights of the Annapurna ranges. After some time, you’ll embark on a trek back to Phedi via Dhampus and catch a commute back to Pokhara. In the evening, you can choose to explore the lakeside city and relish a delicious meal overlooking the beautiful Phewa Lake.

Day 08: Drive Back to Kathmandu
Today, you’ll bid farewell to Pokhara and drive back to your origin-destination, Kathmandu. Catch the final sights pf Machhapuchhre (6997m) in the distance. The winding roads will take you through hills and rivers to arrive at Kathmandu. In the evening, you can choose to take a Yogic massage to relieve the pain from the trip. You can also visit the nearby Thamel to shop for souvenirs and dining.

Day 09: Departure
Today, you’ll check out from the hotel and embark on a short journey towards the airport. You’ll embark on your flight and fly back to your destinations.
