It was brilliant, just what I needed for a relaxing holiday with clean and refreshing cool mountain air. The altitude was too high for normal breathing, 
but with few stops at Lukla and Pheriche, including the viewpoints. 
It made it possible to get acclimatized to enjoy the fantastic views of Everest and the breakfast at the Everest View Hotel.
