It was a great experience joining the Everest base camp helicopter tour.
The only problem we faced was shortness of breath. We landed above 5,000 meters at the base of High Kalapathar Hill. Due to the high altitude and thin dry air, the pilot was helpful and provided us with a small oxygen canister.
After feeling well, we enjoyed the fantastic close views of Mt. Everest, and the breakfast at the Everest View Hotel.
