Our recent trip to Bhutan and Nepal was excellent and we really appreciated the superb service and attention to detail that you and your guides gave us. From the very beginning we were impressed that you even went to the trouble and expense to call us to make sure we understood some of the intricacies of the scheduling. That was surely above and beyond the call of duty.
You were also very patient and flexible in working with us to achieve all that we wanted to in our short trip while keeping within budget. All in all, you guys did a great job of communicating with us and letting us know what was going on, within a fairly short timeline. We really appreciated it.
